We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer (GoLang) with mid to senior-level experience to join a team and start as soon as possible.
The primary objective is to optimize the performance of both existing and new services and applications, in order to achieve the goals of the company.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GoLang, as well as experience with Python and AWS. They use EC2, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda among others.

Responsibilities:
- Programming for agile product development.
- Working with product services, infrastructure, frameworks, and apps.
- Adhering to internal coding guidelines and conducting code reviews.
- Contributing personal insights towards optimizing their services.
- Mentoring and guiding interns in their field of technical knowledge.
- Performing complex tasks independently.
- Recognizing technical debt and communicating its implications to the Team Lead.
We are looking for:
- Higher education or equivalent ability.
- 3+ years of development experience using Golang.
- 2+ years of development experience using Python, or readiness to learn on the job.
- Experience in handling production workloads based on Docker containers.
- Experience with DevOps practices or willingness to learn on the job. The developer will craft CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
- Strong experience in operating on AWS. They use EC2, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda and others.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodology. They use AWS CloudFormation to manage all their resources.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a strong motivation to acquire new knowledge and a willingness to share knowledge with others.
- Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
